I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve great things, and I am committed to helping people reach their full potential. My desire is to have S.M.I.L.E.D. (Support, Motivate, Inspire, Lead, Empower, Deliver) on 1,000 people by the end of 2025. I believe that faith is essential for living a happy and fulfilling life, and I am committed to sharing my faith with others. This desire shows up in every area of my life, from my work to my relationships to my business to my personal growth.
I bring my mission to life by developing relationships, connecting people to opportunities, and teaching others to master the hiring and interview process. I create hiring conversations on the phone, measure results behind a computer, lead a team, and collaborate with others. I believe that when we work together, we can all achieve great things.
When I am not helping people find their next career opportunity I enjoy meeting new people from all cultural backgrounds, trying new food and having new experiences.
